Founder of this Project Shri. Mukund Shankar Agalave. Is a hereditary priest of Shree Chintamani at Theur. He is an Advocate by profession. This Project was initiated since 2004 through his faith in Shree Chintamani so that the devotees and visitors coming to Theur can observe various Images Forms, Articles, Literature etc. In respect of Shree Ganesh at one place – Theur. and they will prosper in Knowledge.
Image Form of Shree Ganesh are scattered all over world, India (Bharat) and Maharashtra. Some is the case with articles, Information, Data, Texts and Literature related to Shree Ganesh. Now a days due to long distance and busy schedule, it become quite difficult for devotees and interested persons to reach all those for scattered places. There for this Museum Project is a humble effort to being, keep, store and reflect these various Image forms, Articles, Information, Data, Texts and Literature related to Shree Ganesh at One Place in order to make it convenient to the devotees and interested person to observe and pray at one place – Theur.
Information and Data of Shree Chintamani Ganesh in Dwapar Yug and Classic unique Paintings and Pictures. A unique and huge Museum of Images and Articles of Shree Chintamani Ganesh spread over 2000 Sq. Ft area at Theur- the only one in Maharashtra and Bharat.
Ancient and Modern Idol Images in metal and other material, glorious paintings and pictures, thousands of Ganesh forms in worship articles and various forms and shapes of shree Ganesh all over world as well as images made from rice and betal nut Epic texts and sagas containing a deep ocean of information about Ganpati and informative articles, copper plates of data etc.
