Completed in 2006, this 41-storey building was developed by the infamous Mayland (www.mayland.com.my/). It definitely has the best location for a serviced apartment. However, do not be fooled by its name, there is no view of any "parks" from the apartment. For family occupants, having nightclubs nearby is not a very good idea. This is because these nightclubs are very noisy. In addition, education is not very easily accessible. The nearest schools will take about an hour drive from the apartment, depending on the traffic situation.

Parkview would suit best for those who want to stay temporarily in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, such as expatriates working in the area. They could just walk to their office nearby without ever needing a car, and hit the fitness center after work, all within walking distance. They could even hang out at various nightclubs on weekend nights without ever having to worry about being caught drunk driving. How convenient is that.
