This is the private residence of JA Kufuor, Ghana's president (2001-2008). The house, which is two plots away from the president's newly-acquired hotel (Hotel Kufuor), also doubles as the official resdence of the president, following his refusal to live at the Osu Castle (the nation's presidential residency).

  • please get your facts right. President J. A. Kufuor never acquired any hotel. the name of the hotel is African Regency Hotel. The President has no share in the hotel in question. I am very disappointed in whoever is hoting this site. putting false infomation on the world wide net is very irresponsible.....
  • kwadwo, thank you a lot. The hotel's name is actually The African Regent and not regency. But thanks, the truth should be put out there that the president has no hand in the acquisition and ownership of the hotel.
