A complex of 43 townhouse-style apartments. They are owned by the University of Minnesota and designed as transitional housing for faculty and staff moving to the area. This was the site of the Pillsbury Mansion from 1911 to 1963, the home of University presidents. The townhouses were finished in 1965.
