  • The Soviet Armed Forces used this site only a few times, since they did not receive permission from the command of the DDR Armed Forces. During the last training shooting of the artillery battalion of the 67th Guards Tank Regiment (Rathenow) in autumn 1981 as a result of an accident, a Soviet soldier from the 1st battery was killed.
