The Allendale County Courthouse is located at 292 Barnwell Highway. There is ample free parking at the Courthouse.Court proceedings including Civil, Criminal and Family Court are held at the Allendale County Courthouse Courtroom located 292 Barnwell Highway.

The original Courthouse was burned May, 1998. Reconstruction and renovations of the Courthouse began in August, 2002. The Courthouse is now complete and the office of the Clerk of Court will open for business in the new Courthouse on Tuesday, January 4, 2005.
