344-foot, 24-story office building completed in 1966. Designed by Carson Lundin & Shaw, and Emery Roth & Sons for First National City Bank, it is clad in dark-tinted glass. Uninterrupted vertical concrete piers, with deep grooves in the centers, divide the two longer facades on Front and South Streets into nine bays, and the shorter facades on Wall Street and Gouverneur Lane into seven bays. A mechanical floor is located halfway up, expressed in the curtain wall. The top two floors are recessed between the piers. The ground floor of the Wall Street elevation is recessed behind an arcade. A branch of Citibank is on the ground floor.
