Paradeep Phosphates Limited or PPL as it is called is one of the largest Di Ammonium Phosphate Plant in India. Established in 1986 by the goverment as a public sector undertaking in a joint venture with the Nauru repulican government, it is currently held by the Chambal group (better known for the Zuari brand) after the government divested its underperforming assets.
