The said property had been purchased by Shri. Dadoba Anant and his brother Putoba Anant from the then Collector of Land Revenues Tanna much prior to 1975. after the demise of them, the said property devolved upon the daughter of Dadoba Anant, while his brother Shri. Putoba Anant expired as a bachelor.The after the demise of the said daughter,the said property devolved upon his only legal heir Vasudeo Ramachanderjee Kirtikar, after his death it devolved upon his legal heir Narayan Vasudeo Kirtikar, on the demise of Shri. Narayan Vasudeo Kirtikar,sometime in the year 1890, and then it devolved upon his Widow Smt. Sokabai Narayan Kirtikar, as their only living heir Shri. Moreshwar Narayan Kirtikar was a minor, hence after her death sometime in the year 1896, the property had been placed in the hands of the Trustee Shri Ganpatrao Sokarji Trilokekar by the Order of the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay under the Guardians and Wards Act. In the year 191913/1914, Shri. Moreshwar Narayan Kirtikar had attained a age of majority hence the property had been reverted to him as an Owner. Shri. Moreshwar Narayan Kirtikar expired in the year 1980, and as per his Will and Codill, which had been probated by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay,
he had Willed the said property to his Grandsons namely Alark and Ashvin.
