Croxley Station (formerly named Croxley Green Station) is a London Underground station at Croxley Green in the Three Rivers district of Hertfordshire. It is on the Watford branch of the Metropolitan Line. It was renamed 'Croxley' in 1949 so as differentiate itself from the now closed Croxley Green railway station.

The only intermediate station on the branch, Croxley lies between Watford, (the terminus) and Moor Park on the main line from Baker Street to Amersham. It is in Travelcard Zone A. The southbound platform at Croxley is unusual in that it has no station starter signal.

The station is situated on the corner of Watford Road and Winton Drive in Croxley Green.
