Rara Lake

Lake Rara and a National Park in the area of Mt.Chhayanath, which has an area of 10.8 Sq. Km. At an altitude of 3000m. The park has mainly coniferous forest and small portion of the park serves as an ideal habitat for musk deer. Himalayan black bear, leopards, ghoral etc. is other species found in the Park.
