35-acre historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The district includes the Stanley Hotel (which also has its own NRHP listing) as well 10 historically contributing ancillary buildings constructed between 1907 and 1912:

- The Manor House
- Stanley Hall
- The Carriage House
- North Dormitory
- South Dormitory
- laundry building
- boiler house
- manager's cottage
- gatekeeper's house
- maintenance building

In addition to the buildings contained within this area, the Fall River Hydroelectric Power Plant is also included as a non-contiguous element of the district. The plant was built by Stanley to power his hotel, and is located northwest of here on Fish Hatchery Road adjacent to the Fall River.
