Hale End library is the only Library in Highams Park it is situated on 'The Avenue' just off 'Hale End Road' it has been refurbished and it was reopened in July 2007.

  • The libary has now opened, however the selection of books is vastly reduced. The first time I walked in there I thought that they hadn't finished the refurbishment as there was so much space. However I was assured that it was finished, but I could fill out a complaint if I wanted to (many people allready had.) WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY THE LIBARY OFFERED A MUCH BETTER SERVICE & SELECTION OF BOOKS BEFORE THE WORK.
