  Dear sir, I am applied on dated 08/03/2011 vide customer id 3004660647,Service id 06742340866. but till date im not getting any satisfactory service. I telephone to subdivisional officer and he refer me anather no of JTO mr A.B.tripathy ph no-9437057037. Regularly i ph to him and he does not trspond. Pl provid me salution. Ranjan kumar dash

  I have applied for new Landline with Broadband services at Chintamaniswar area, Bhubaneswar since 23rd September, through internet. So far no response from anybody of BSNL. Is it our BSNL, claimed by Mr. Kapil Sibal, to be No-1 Telecom Service provider in India with prompt action?
