Former German Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Mark (also known as: Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Matthew; Community Synagogue Max D. Raiskin Center) is a historic church and synagogue building at 323 E. 6th Street in New York, New York.

The church was built in 1847 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
