High-rise apartment building of early 20th-century with courtyard like "well" (Kyiv)

Nobody resides there for a while. The house is fenced for several years and guarded round o'clock. It is likely that it's going to be demolished. Despite the fact that this house is a rare monument of historical Kiev, it is not among the monuments of cultural heritage and is not protected by the State.
