6-story health care center completed 11-26-2011. The center has 105 beds, and extends through the block, also fronting Downing Street. There are two distinct facades, side-by-side. Half is clad in red brick, with square and rectangular windows. The other half is clad in brown brick, with two columns of metal and glass in a mosaic pattern running up the facade, and rises slightly higher. On the Houston Street side, the brown brick section has three vertical strips of glass and metal, and the bottom and top floors of the red brick section are clad in grey metal and glass.
