Lake Matheson

This lake is nicknamed "Mirror Lake" because of the wonderful reflection of Mount Cook and the surrounding mountains in the lake's water. To take a picture of this scenery you should arrive very early or very late when the water is undisturbed. And of course the view should not be obscured by clouds or mist.
