  • Lower Hutt: population 97,700 (2006); tenth largest city in New Zealand. Situated on the northern shores of Wellington Harbour and includes Eastbourne and Wainuiomata. Named for Sir William Hutt, chairman of the New Zealand Company. In pre-European times the heavily forested Hutt Valley was the rohe (territory) of hapus (clans) of Rangitane, Ngati Apa and Muaopoko. During the intertribal 'Musket Wars' of the 1820-30's, the Ngati Apa and Muaopoko were dispossessed by the Ngati Toa and Te Ati Awa. In 1839 William Wakefield, agent for the NZ Company, arrived in the ship Tory and negotiated the purchase of land from Te Puni of the Te Ati Awa, who had a pa near the mouth of the Hutt River at Pito-one (now called Petone). European settlement commenced with the arrival of the ship Aurora, 22 January 1840 (now celebrated as Wellington Anniversary Day). A town called Britannia was planned, but the main site of European settlement in the area, was moved further south to Wellington because of flooding of the Hutt River and the lack of a deep-water harbour. Dispossessed tribes such as Ngati Apiti were only too happy to sell 'their' land to the Europeans! Unrest simmered for a number of years about who owned what. In May 1846 the conflict culminated in an attack on Boucott Farm, now the Hutt Golf Course, by Te Rangihaeata and a taua (war party) of Rangitane, resulting in 10 British casualties - 6 dead and 4 wounded (two of whom later died of their wounds). There is a memorial to the affray near the corner of Military Road and High Street. Urbanisation was assisted by the building of the railway from Wellington in 1874. The population expanded rapidly post World War 2. 'The Hutt' became a 'dormitory' for Wellington and a centre for light industry, such as meat processing and car assembly. Much of this industry has now been discontinued or has moved to Auckland.
  • Kirti Kumar is a person a fraudster involved in dodgy accounting service. He ripps of his clients by first quoting a lower fee and then charging a higher fee once the work is done. He has cheated a lot of clients, his reputation here in Loqwer Hutt is very bad. He's unethical & unprofessional in his approach & services. He is very well known in Lower Hutt for wong doing and wrong doing is the only stuff he has done till date and thus doesnt have any friends or relatives. He is a person of clandestine nature and he isnt faithful to his wife either due to his galavanting habit. The best thing would be to ask his disgruntled clients about him to get a better understanding of the evil & immoral person behind the mask of a sober, quiet and innocent face. Before you associate yourself with such people you should know what emage they have in public within their local region.
  • Kirti is a promiscuous, deceptive, unethical cheap guy. He is a cheater. If you are associating yourself with him them you are diminishing you value instead of increasing. He has no friends. He is a beggar. He got married at the age of 42 and was living with his parents and siblings but after just 6mnths of marriage he left his family for wife so that he can have coitus anywhere anytime. Hormones were kicking so hard that he degraded his family's and parent's values below zero. He has not been faithful to anyone throughout his life. Many people have cursed him due to his wrong doings.
