A CDP located between the boundaries of Pflugerville to the east and Austin to the west, its population of 1,037 mostly lives in the apartments and townhouses that Windmere contains. Windmere also has the Three Points Common, a popular shopping area that is marked by the intersection of Vision Drive, FM 1825, and an I-35 exit ramp.
