This old two-story house is made of wood and used to be the Provincial Capitol where presumably first Lieutenant Governor Daring Reyes held office. Currently, the upper story serves as a boarding house for students at nearby NSU while the tenants of the ground floor operates a sari-sari and electrical supply store.
