Located deep in the valley. Very typical mountain village. There are many many big bamboo bushes close to the nearby running water stream.In the past this village was very famous for its MICA STONE SLATE MINES. Most of the villages get suply of the roof tiles in the Garhwal region. Due to the modern house construction the traditional houses are disappearing. the remains of the slate mine still can be seen here close to this village.
