Encino is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brooks County, Texas, United States. The population was 143 at the 2010 census.
The community was established in the early 1900s as a roundup point for cattle raised by Mexican cattlemen. In 1904, the Texas and New Orleans Railroad was completed through the area, and a post office was established in Encino in 1914.
