Built 1892; restored 1997; renamed 1998. A single-span multiple Kingpost with Burr arch truss 75' over Toms Creek. Located: On Jack’s Mountain Road (SR 3021), approximately 1.5 miles southwest of Fairfield, Hamiltonban Township, Pennsylvania. renamed to G. Donald McLaughlin Memorial Covered Bridge.
