The first location of this school was on Division Street in the former Weber High School Building.

For some, it's an outstanding college prep school; for others, it's a leader in technology; still for others, it's a caring, nurturing and safe environment for students to learn and grow. During the course of 60 years, Gordon Tech has addressed the needs of young people preparing for higher education and a career of their choice. At the same time, Gordon Tech has consistently maintained its Catholic identity.
The school's first lady principle passed away in 2009.

DePaul University is partnering with Gordon Tech to provide a strong school of choice for Chicago's North Side,
