This could be called as the Educational capital of the Capital city, Trivandrum. Spread all around a HILL named BETHANY run by Malankara Catholic Church - Archdiocease of Trivandrum under the able leadership of Catholicos Cyril Mar Baselios assisted by Bishop Joshua Mar Ignatios. The founder of the instituitions at Bethany Hill is Bishop Mar Ivanios, whose feast is being celebrated on the 15th of July. He is also the founder of the Malankara Catholic Church.
