Built in a former Texaco gas station, this Peruvian-themed fine dining establishment was listed in the renowed book "Where to Eat in Canada" many times. It was opened in 1982 and operated by chef Nelson Luis Urteaga and his wife Rosmarie, in the gas station once owned by Rosemarie's grandparents. until his death in July 2016. The restaurant closed immediately after, but opened for one final month in December 2016. Nelson's daughter Pilar plans to relocate the restaurant to Saskatoon.
