Skibba is a small village (approximate population 297 to 320) surrounded by Ribba, Rispa, Akpa, Khadra and Rarang village.Formerly known as Quba or Kiba, about 250 kms from Shimla. The much honest people which have strong culture and beliefs generally follow the Buddhism and Hinduism believe. The apples, rajmah(pulses), chilgoza and other dry fruits are grown. It's economy is based on horticulture and farming.
