Former branch of the Fulton Savings Bank which was was designed c. 1931 by De Young, Moscowitz & Rosenberg in the Neoclassical style. Lights were added in 1939 by the Rambusch Decorating Co. It was later a HSBC Bank and is now adaptively reused as a 99¢ store.
