Darisahi village ( Raulia ) (Rouliadia)

This was a very old village which was abandoned around 200 years back.
And again people from palimi migrated to this place and established new settlements.

Even now remnants of old houses and wells are found in this village.

It is believed that in old days big boats carrying goods used to pass through the rivulet and this was a village established by prostitutes to entertain the merchants passing through this route.

Even the Ratnagiri Buddhist shrines are just 7-8 kms from here and that was a very important place for learning in the Buddhist era i.e till 9th century AD.

Atually it is the best place to live in peace.sorrounded by greenery everyside and river on both sides.Its a perfect village showcasing the indian rural area.covering a very small area & consisting of around 25 homes only.
