This is the portal of the 4.5m wide by 4.8m high decline. The decline, as at January 31, 2009 was 2,160 m in length, and is planned to be (from surface to shaft bottom) 3,244 m in total length, including a straight decline distance of 2,722 m, and a ramp from the end of the decline to vertical shaft bottom of 522 m, when completed.
