Three-story office building with two Italianate facades, one on 123 First Avenue dating back to about 1865 and the other on 120 Boulevard of the Allies built about 1930. The building is recognized as a historical landmark by the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation. It was the longtime home of A. Mamaux & Son, manufacturer of awnings.
