Mist Trail to Nevada Fall (switchbacks)

Switchbacks of the Via Mist Trail ascend / descend through this section.
Descending is very rough on the knees.
About one third of the way up through the switchback section is an excellent place to step to the side of the trail and take a picture of the waterfall. You'll be needing to stop to catch your breath anyway.
