This nine-story building was designed by architect Charles Bickel and built in 1896 for the United Presbyterian Board of Publications. It remained associated with Presbyterian organizations into the 1960s. Its facade is grey sandstone, Roman bricks, and unglazed terra-cotta, with wood pilasters and detailing, and a central cast iron column at the ground floor. The building underwent a thorough renovation in 1985.
