Thirteen story, Gothic Revival style building designed by Rending, Panzer and Martin in 1929, as a home for the Cincinnati Young Women's Christian Association. In addition to providing fitness facilities, the "Y" at one time offered lodging for young single women. Later when the need for such accommodation was no longer necessary the building was sold and the YWCA leased back the lower four floors. The upper nine stories were converted into 104, one bedroom apartments for low income seniors. The "Y" still features a pool and other fitness facilities, a women's art gallery and an early learning center
