 office building, commercial building

5-story office building completed in 1950. Designed by Zarek M Sourian, it is clad in white brick above a paneled, white stone ground floor. There is a deeply recessed entrance at the east end with glass double-doors. To the west is a restaurant space, with various windows and doors. A white metal cornice caps the ground floor.

The 2nd floor has a wide band of white-painted stone between the brick end piers, with a band of 10 single-windows. Below each windows is a projecting planter box, and there are globe light fixtures between each window (similar light fixtures are attached to the ground floor as well). Grey and blue awnings top these windows.

The top three floors have similar bands of ten windows, but with steel mullions. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The lower two floors are occupied by Benoit restaurant.
