The ten story, 87,335 sq. ft., limestone and brick, Neo Classical building designed by Garber and Woodward in 1924 for the Cincinnati Club, a businessmen's club founded in 1892. The lower three floors of the building housed meeting and dining rooms and recreational facilities. The upper seven stories provided lodgings for members and guests.
As a result of declining membership, the building was sold and was completly restored in 1986. The Cincinnati Club continued to occupy the lower two floors, while the upper stories became offices. The Cincinnati Club closed in 1990.
