Twelve story, 128,425 sq. ft., office building constructed in 1914. The Beaux Arts style building was designed by New York architect, Ernest Flagg, the architect of the Singer Building in New York. Highly ornamented, the building features filigree metalwork, attenuated cloumns, arches, huge casemate windows and is topped off by a Italianate campanile like tower.

It was on this site in 1837, that William Procter and James Gamble first went into business. Years later, in 1914, Procter & Gamble leased the building and bought it in 1935 for its headquarters. Procter & Gamble vacated the building in 1956 when it moved into its new headquarters building, a block away, at 306 East Sixth Street.

It will reopen in 2023 as the Pendry Cincinnati Hotel
