Six story, Queen Anne style office building constructed in 1897 and was formerly known as the the Boderman Building. It was the first home of Western & southern Life, the forerunner to today's Western & Southern Financial Group. In 1927 the building became a hotel and over the years deteriorated into a transient hotel with rooms rented by the week.
