Nineteen story, Classical Revival, office building constructed in 1930 for The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company. Designed by architects, Garber and Woodward, the building features a three story base with a row of Doric columns and bronze trimmed windows, and a sixteen story tower setback from the base with an obelisk crown. In 1954 an addition was constructed to the south.
In 1994 Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company joined together with PSI Energy to form Cinergy Corp. Cinergy Corp. merged with Duke Energy in 2006.
