The eleven story building was designed by Daniel Burnham`s firm for The Fourth National Bank which occupied the building until 1923 when the Bank merged with Central Trust and the office was closed.The building features a two part gray base with brick middle portion and a tan terra cotta exterior on top. Since the bank left a number of businesses have occupied the building.
