Also known as the Fourth and Elm Building, the 7-story, 101,000 sq. ft., office building was constructed in 1893. The predominantly Queen Anne-styled brick building featuring a limestone base was designed by Samuel Hannaford & Sons, the architects who designed the Cincinnati City Hall. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was renovated in 1988.
