house, place with historical importance, real estate agency
1879 by George Champlin Mason & Son for William Travers, who erected a “small dwelling house with stores underneath” on what was then known as Bath Road (the road to the beach). The building was owned by the Travers Family until 1947. At some point thereafter a tavern was established here which ran for almost a half a century. Lila Delman Real Estate conducted an award-winning restoration project to prepare the building to operate as their offices in 2009.
