Aka: Gamir Doon "Red House". Built on land previously owned by Henry Casimir de Rahm (1855-1916) in 1878 by William Appleton Potter and Robert Henderson Robertson (1849-1919) for Charles H. Baldwin, Sr. (1822-1888). The house was later owned by Prescott Lawrence, Sr.
An an outstanding example of American Shingle Style architecture, the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
