Originally the Wyeth pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and office tower, it was purchased by Windsor Market, which had to relocate from its old location at Chatham and McDougall (now where the Augustus Tower of Casino Windsor is). The market opened in 1997. On February 27, 2023, Windsor Market announced that it was closing up shop after a quarter-century at this location. It has since moved up the street to 1030 Walker Road.
