  NAME is NAGLA PUNJAB SINGH, FOUNDED BY MY GREAT GRAND FATHER . we had the first indian chief engineer in the BRITISH REGIME & was from the first batch of ROORKEE ENGG. college. Name = Sardar LEHNA SINGH ,who built the HAVELI in 1900 & held the rank of ZAIDAAR hence built DEWAANKHANA as the COURTROOM .my Grandfather Th. Bharat BHUSHAN was a member of JURY = MEGISTRATE.
