Located in northern Lithuania, covers area of 1635 km². Divided into 12 eldership. Administrative centre - Radviliškis, smaller city is Šeduva.
Radviliškis is known for important railway connection. Many historic heritage remained, worth to mention municipality manors and windmills. The longest rivers are Dotnuvėlė, Šušvė.
