Bayview/Roundhouse Development (Victoria)

This is a major ($1 Billion) residential development with several high end high-rise condominium towers. The Roundhouse project involves refurbishment of the historic E&N roundhouse and the development of shops, pubs, restaurants, offices, a hotel, residences, community space, and a new railway maintenance facility for Via Rail.

There is also speculation that the E&N Railway station, currently located on the Victoria side of the Johnson Street Bridge, will be relocated to here, as the new bridge is to be built without railway tracks.
