Originally the Wyandotte Hotel, constructed in 1909. It was designed by local architects Jacques & Williamson and erected by Alex Campeau. It would remain the Wyandotte Hotel until 1974, then the Wyandotte Tavern in 1986, before becoming Champs in the late 1990s to the 2000s. It was most recently The Corner Bar & Grill, which has since closed following a fire in 2023, though there are redevelopment plans in the works.
