Navy commandos training ground,icluding a rifle range, a survival and evasion trail, a place to train to fight in a town. Antique name Tangethen. Many centuries ago the priory of St Michael of the Mounbtains did perceive the trepsassing rights across Blavet river's mouth. Thes erights were given to the priory by Quimperle abbey (Holy Cross) and Huelin of Hennebont (XI century). There is a cairn and, on this cairn was built a chapel. The "pardon" (chapel fair) took place every 25th of september up to the XIX century. There was also a lazaretto.
